Véloroute du Calavon

The greenway of Calavon for all the family : easy and safe ! Pedal along this former railway track, which is mostly reserved for non-motorized vehicules. it follows the Calavon river and is perfect for discovering the beautiful hilltop villages around. You cycle beside fields of lavender, poppies and orchards. You can stop on the famous Pont Julien Roman bridge, visit Apt and its traditional market.

The Véloroute begins from Cavaillon and its follows the Luberon valley, to finish at the foot of the Luberon, at D48 in direction to Castellet.

Practical informations :

• You can start from the toursti office of Apt, the access is esay to find
• There is one watering place along the trail, is located at the older rail station in Lumières. Think about take enought water.
