Olive Oil Tastings… and Wine Tastings as Well!

The Olive Oil Museum is located at Domaine de La Royère, where AOP Luberon appellation wines have been produced for over 30 years.
A dozen of cuvées are available for tasting in white, rosé and red – in addition to the olive oils that are pressed on-site in the modern mill.

A Modern and Ethical Production Site

La Royère began in 2017 an effort to convert to organic practices for the cultivation of its olive groves and vineyard.
In order to take full advantage of the crops’ potential, the Domaine also elaborates a natural sweet wine that stems from the muscatel grapevine and produces spirits in-house with the use of a copper still.
