La Cavale - Vignoble Paul Dubrule

in Cucuron
  • La Cavale, wine tourism experiences and organic wines. Come and rediscover the Luberon at La Cavale, through their organic wines, olive oils and honey, reflecting the vision of owner Paul Dubrule.

In 1973, Paul Dubrule, co-founder of the Accor group, fell under the spell of a Provençal bastide, La Cavale, and the beauty of the Luberon. In 1986, he embarked on his winegrowing adventure with the creation of his own estate in Cucuron, which he naturally named La Cavale. His term of office as a senator between 2005 and 2009 marked a new turning point: the creation of an exceptional winery designed by Jean-Michel Wilmotte, which today makes it a unique place for wine and life in the Luberon.

La Cavale continues to change, with the organic certification of its wines in 2020. This project is the brainchild of Thierry Mueth, Paul Dubrule's son-in-law, who wants to pass on a better future to future generations.

ORGANIC WINES / OLIVE OIL / HONEY :
La Cavale is first and foremost rooted in its native Luberon, with :
42 hectares of vines and organic wines in several ranges and colors:
    - Petite Cavale in white, red and rosé. Ideal for aperitifs and simple everyday dishes.
    - La Cavale in white and red, wines with more substance and structure, perfect for more elaborate dishes.
    - BLANC en blanc, a micro-cuvée that marks our organic certification. Produced in a limited number of bottles, this cuvée marks the quintessence of what our white terroir can produce.
700 olive trees, of which the Salonenque, Aglandau and Picholine varieties produce 3 very distinctive oils.
15 beehives that produce a succulent all-flower honey.
