There are old-fashioned pastries, almond pies, babas, éclairs, ... Inspired by the little blue flower, Frédéric Bianco is recognized by the Commandery of lavender. He knows how to dose lavender to perfection.

Frédéric and his son make divine lavender meringue, lavender scented marshmallows, and even a lavender chocolate, the "Raymond Agnel", a tribute to this great lavender specialist, navettes, cookies, nougats as well, …
And above all, several flavours of ice creams and sorbets, original and delicious : lavender, peach and lavender, lavender-apricot, all perfectly balanced.

In winter, the "Gâteau des Rois" called here "the king of Luberon" is discreetly scented with lavender floral water produced by Distillerie des Agnels. COMe and taste the "lavender flower baguette", made in the old way by taking the time to grow the dough all night long. It is ideal to taste goat cheese or just for fun !
